Who operates LadyBugLoop

LadyBugLoop is operated by Ifat Biran, an Israeli sole proprietor (עוסק פטור, a VAT-exempt dealer). Contact: support@ladybugloop.com.

The service

LadyBugLoop gives your testers a one-tap button that captures a session replay, console and network errors and a voice note, and files the result as an issue in the GitHub repository or Jira project you connect. You are responsible for the app you install it on and for the people you invite to test it.

Plans and payment

Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise at checkout.

LadyBugLoop is sold worldwide. Payments from Israel are processed by PayPlus, and Morning issues the receipt. Payments from other countries are processed by Paddle, which sells the subscription as merchant of record and adds sales tax or VAT where the law requires it. Any such tax is shown at checkout before you pay.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time by writing to support@ladybugloop.com. Cancellation ends the plan at the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not pro-rate a partial month. Your existing reports stay reachable while your account exists.

Telling your testers

LadyBugLoop records what happens in your app when a tester files a report. You must tell the people who test your app that this happens, and you must not install the SDK where you are not entitled to record the session. See our Privacy page for what is captured.

You decide what is captured and who tests, which makes you the data controller for that data and responsible for it. We process reports on your behalf, only to provide the service.

Automatic fixes and AI output

When you turn on automatic fixing, a proposed fix is opened as a pull request in your repository. It is never merged by us and never pushed to your main branch. You review each change before you use it, and you remain responsible for the code you merge.

AI-generated suggestions and code fixes are provided “as is”. We do not warrant that proposed code is free of bugs, free of security vulnerabilities, or free of infringement of anyone's rights.

Intellectual property

You keep all rights in your application, your code and the content of your reports. You grant LadyBugLoop a limited, non-exclusive license to process them only to provide and maintain the service. LadyBugLoop keeps all rights in the SDK, the platform, its trademarks and the service.

Acceptable use

Do not use LadyBugLoop to capture other people's sessions without their knowledge, to collect payment card numbers, passwords or medical records, or to attack, disrupt or bypass the security of our service or anyone else's.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account immediately if these terms are breached, if the account is used for a security attack on the service, or if a payment due is not made.

Third-party services

The service depends on third-party providers: GitHub, Atlassian (Jira), Supabase, Vercel, Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, Telegram, Resend and Paddle, and PayPlus and Morning for payments from Israel. The full list is on our Privacy page. The availability of the service depends on theirs, and an outage at a provider is not a breach of these terms.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.

To the extent the law permits:

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Where these terms apply

LadyBugLoop is offered to customers worldwide and operated from Israel. These terms are governed by Israeli law. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute under them.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect is acceptance of the updated terms.
